All hardware products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects; the warranty varies by manufacturer. Due to certain manufacturers' policies, you may be required to contact those manufacturers directly to replace, repair or return your products. Please talk to your Customer Service Rep about the warranty on a given product before you buy.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. With TradeshowsAndDisplays' and the manufacturer's approval, an RA number may be requested up to seven days after purchase. All products must be received within 10 days of RA issue, with the RA enclosed. All returns are subject to a restocking fee imposed by the manufacturer; the restocking fee may vary but is often 25% of the original cost of the hardware. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

All graphics printed by TradeshowsAndDisplays are warrantied against manufacturing defects. Tradeshow graphics are guaranteed against fading for one year, under normal, indoor tradeshow conditions. Warranties and guarantees are void when the product is misused or used outdoors. We are not responsible for errors in files provided to us for printing.

Color is matched on a CMYK format; no Pantone (PMS) or RGB colors are used. Refer to the Design Specifications Page for more details. Ask your Customer Service Rep about color matching. All sales on graphics are final.
